Tennessee's Medical Amnesty Initiative by Medical Amnesty

Have you, or maybe someone you know, ever been in a situation where you were hesitant to call 911 for a highly intoxicated individual because of the legal consequences that would follow? Maybe you were afraid of the police coming, handing out MIPs, and your chapter getting in trouble.
12 states have now passed a Medical Amnesty law providing a limited legal immunity for intoxicated minors who seek help for someone who has been drinking and needs immediate medical attention. This law has saved lives.
