What are the top frats here? Would I get a bid if I'm a Junior/Sophomore?

Sigma Chi, Pike and Phi Delt (In no particular order) are generally considered the top houses on campus. Sig Ep will be mid to top tier once reinstated. ATO is a mid tier but someone to look out for. They are up and coming. Though they aren't your typical "frat boys", they are a good group of guys and are very active on campus. In my opinion those are honestly the top. And you being a Junior/Sophomore would not affect you getting a bid at UTA.

half of pikes pledge class is like 24

I'm pretty sure the vast majority of Pikes fall pledge class are incoming freshmen. I can only think of one who isn't.
