aphi is slipping badly, adpi is getting worse, sk had a disappointing recruitment
zeta is getting better and pi phi is almost as hot as axo now

I agree with the rank but think kd is also slipping. I think sk had a pretty solid last two recruitments as well as axo. Zta has been doing well and I could see them pushing above ddd with a solid recruitment this year.

SK and AXO are upper middle
DDD and APHI and ZTA are lower top
KD and DG are top
XO and PIPHI are middle
ADPI and GPHI are lower middle
KKG is bottom

I actually don't know where to place PiPhi or Gphi but I think this is accurate
