Lol at sae, I know they're top tier and all but what have they done in recent memory!? At least dke and zete have parties! I can't speak for a phi / chi o / sk but kappa DG pi phi are top <3

I agree with this except for delta chi and maybe sig chi shouldn't be on there.. And fiji is meh

SAE is here to stay yeah but now they can no longer get pledges so as soon as all the cool brothers graduate they will be as irrelevant as Sig Ep.

but sig ep has the nicest and most genuine guys and a lot are actually really good looking. this site is such a joke, and it's sad to see that everyone only cares about the try-hard guys who like to present themselves as douchebags, you're all idiots

this is true, and a lot of older sig ep guys are so great. the younger ones are starting to try a little too hard. i hope they remain the genuine house they always have been.
