yeah, they leave a few spots open for transfers. Juliana Paolone in Kappa is a junior transfer

In fall formal recruitment there is a separate quota for Juniors, so all houses carry and pledge Juniors if they are following campus Panhellenic guidelines. Each house is looking for a combination of things so whether you are a match depends on how well you fit their target profile. Take a look at and/or get a feel for the chapter and you'll know what they are looking for. They look for people like themselves and that's who they attract too.

Every house will have spots to fill for every grade. I recommend just trying Fall Formal Recruitment and seeing how it goes. And if you end up in a house that isn't Kappa or DG, it's not the end of the world, and you'll probably still end up loving it.
