Almost agree, but with DG's under-quota pc and Chi o's surprisingly hot one, I'd say Pi Phi's the only top house, and then

but i think aoii has too many hot girls to be considered bottom tier. as a fraternity guy who knows some of them, their entire exec board is attractive, the majority of their chapter is, and the majority of their PC is. there are only a couple who would bring them down.

You obvi don't know because AOII had one of the worst pledge classes because they had to accept anyone/everyone so there girls aren't great

Lol DG sunk like an anchor this year, theres no way their anywhere close to Pi Phi. In my opinion Pi Phi is the only top tier house anymore.

Chio isn't that high. Kappa isn't that low. And theta isn't with ddd or aopi. ddd and aopi are definitely bottom tier.

No one wanted DG. Which is why only 50 people returned on pref night and their original class was around 20 until they made major last minute call backs. Definitely not top house material

this comment is so obviously a kappa/dg troll. it is numerically fact that pi phi and chi o were chosen the most by PNMs. so you can stop bashing chi o and trying to bring up kappa and DG because if you knew anything at all you'd know that numbers wise chi o and pi phi were actually chosen the most. dg and kappa got horrible pledge classes and literally no one can deny that lol Pi Phi by farrrr got the prettiest girls, Chi O got a fantastic PC, SK did very well and AOII even got some good girls.
