How are sweethearts picked? What fraternities have sweethearts? What fraternities are looking for new sweethearts? How does all of this work because I am so lost

A fraternity sweetheart is basically a girl that is part of the fraternity. They care about the same stuff and know everyone and everyone cares about her. Usually the entire chapter has to agree on one girl becoming sweetheart

But like... What is criteria? I've heard some guys say it's a girl who sleeps with the most bros, or a girl who isn't dating anyone in the frat, or a girl who has a big or little bro in the frat? And who already has sweethearts?

how often do they get a sweet heart? is it every year? and does she have to be a senior or can she be in any grade?

Any sorority girl can get it at any grade level. And, it is actually a girl that is close with most of the guys in the chapter and does not hook up with the guys. So, get close to a fraternity you really like, and make sure that you don't hook up with the guys.
