hows theta chi and sigma chi?

sigma chi isn't having a spring pledge class.
Theta Chi- awesome house, most involved on campus, rising from the top of the middle to the bottom/middle of the top. Already top depending on who you ask. Hangs out with upper-mid and lower top sororities (Theta, DG, Pi Phi, AOPi, KD). Mostly soflo and tampa kids.
Sigma Chi- old, outdated house; good parties, no spring pledges, chill guys, not anywhere near as involved as Theta Chi, consistently hangs out with top sororities (ADPi, DDD, KD mostly). Mostly orlando kids.
