girls' perspective on frats

I'll be real, I am not southern at all. That being said, I'm new to sorority life and this semester we made our rounds. The only two frats that aren't southern that belong in the top tier are Phi Delt and ZBT. In fact, those are the two best frats period if you aren't southern. Hottest guys, best pledge classes. Hands down
