Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 1.9 Socially irrelevant without an actual house, being denied TEP's old house hurt a lot. Trying really hard to improve but not strong enough to fend for themselves yet. Nowhere near what the old ZBT was before disbanding to join Pilam, lots of self ranking.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 4.0 Super underrated. They throw some great parties, and the guys are really nice and welcoming. It sucks that they don't have their own house yet, but I think they're up and coming for sure

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 3.4 I went to one of their tailgates recently and it was more fun than I expected but kinda empty. The brothers were a loooooot cuter than I thought they would be and friendly too (though a lot of awkward ones that stayed in groups with their brothers) ! Drinks were pretty strong as well. I think until they get a house though, they're kinda stuck
