help a girl out
by: GPAI'm starting as a transfer this spring at Rowan and I want to rush sooo badly! Problem is my GPA is only 2.45 from my previous school. Will I be able to rush since it's only .05 below the minimum requirement???

They can't make an exception at all? I mean it's only .05 :(
