For real, Do you guys think Sigma Chi is gonna get big when their house is done? I'm thinking about rushing and that house plan they show people looks real nice...

ZBT and Chi Phi have two of the newest houses on campus, and it did t make them top tier.

Taking guys who pledge just because the chapter house looks cool is a guaranteed way to get a class of apathetic douchebags, js.
