Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at University of Rhode Island - URI 4.5 Phi Sig is a great chapter that's really involved on campus and aren't rude to frats. They also don't struggle with getting socials either. Fact is if you aren't in this chapter or any other chapter, you don't know how the chapter really is.
