They are top house because that's what they've always been and ranking doesn't ever change. Let's be honest guys, if Theta was the most preffed house would they move into the #1 spot? No, because that has nothing to do with it. Alpha phi is most preffed (if that's even true) because they're top. And they're top because they're hot and every girl wants to be in the hot sorority. Duh. This website and rankings are garbage it's just a way to make top tier egos even bigger and bottom tier insecurities bigger.

LOL. I know for a fact this is not true, work for FSL and the statics do not show that APhi is the most pref'd. sorry girls
