accuracy of fraternity rankings

How accurate are the fraternity rankings at the moment? I've heard people joke about Pike being number 3 (apparently it's not) so I'm wondering how much truth, if any, there is to the rest of the rankings. Also I realize this is really subjective.

My personal rankings would go something like:
SX

KA/SAE/FIJI

Phi delt/SN

TKE/ATO/Beta/LXA/Sig ep

Chi phi/kappa sig/theta chi

rest dont really matter
