homecoming partners

I would just like to address the whole subject of homecoming pairings. Many people are saying they dictate "tier status" and i disagree. Many of the pairings already consistently talk and socialize with each other, so not all of the pairings are about status, surprise in the greek world actually. I know at least half of them are based on interaction. Also homecoming is stupid it means nothing idk why thats a big factor for some people. Focus on parties, philanthropies, and involvement

I completely agree. Our hoco chair slacked big time and we ended up getting a pairing we didn't really want. I don't see how that can be such an important thing for our "tier" status. Before sororities and frats are judged on their pairing, they should be evaluated based on their involvement, parties, and etc. I feel like DM is more important to Greek life and should be taken into account more so than homecoming.
