bottom tier fraternities

Just curious, what are your opinions on some of the bottom tiered fraternities like beta, Fiji, phi psi, etc

Beta = sweethearts
FIJI = swears they're top

Beta is trying hard to improve, a couple of their guys give off a pretty creepy vibe though. However I'd say Phi Psi is more of a lower middle tier/solid middle tier, their parties are great and they have a great brotherhood. Solid on the rise.
