how's fsu sigep?

I'm a SigEp from out of state who will likely be transferring to FSU and was just wondering what they're like here. I've yet to meet any of the brothers but I've met quite a few girls over Spring Break who said they really like them and I've seen pictures of their house and some their events. I'm aware they're not considered "top" but that's not really what concerns me. (My chapter's considered top tier at my school but I really joined more for the brotherhood and the experience) Are the guys cool? What sororities do they hang out with? What's the chapter's reputation on campus? Do they have strong parties and philanthropy events? I just want some general information so I know what to expect if end up transferring and trying to affiliate
