this is how I (and most girls I know) would see the rankings, but honestly it's a matter of preference. they're all different and rankings for one girl may be totally different from rankings of another.

pike, Fiji, sig ep
bottom
beta, KA, farmhouse, AGR, sigma Pi

Phi Delt has come a long way. I think they are the top fraternity as well, especially with their involvement and philanthropy. The list almost seems spot on for me.
