Pi Phi is above Theta in their dreams and there's no way SK is above Chi O or DG/DZ below AXO.

DZ might as well be irrelevant. Not on Pans good side and ASU is trying to clean up greek life once and for all

I'm thinking this looks pretty accurate to a point. I think DZ is going to have issues once their sanctions come out that ASU is still dragging their feet on which I think is unfair. I think all the top 5 you have listed are all so close to each other that you need to look at what they do and what you get for your dues. I think the weakest programming is Pi Phi but it is a good chapter. The shine is gone from Theta still a good chapter but they are hanging their hats on grades. I think AXO has improved a lot this year and seems to do a lot of activities. Alpha Phi is a decent chapter and deserve to be top 5 (they think they are top spot) I would say the rest is dead on. DG is a good chapter but they are not top 5 any more.

there is a HUGE gap between the top houses and the others. If you aren't in one of the houses I mentioned above then why are you even in a house?

Pi Phi doesn't really have much going for them besides their one strong pledge class PC '12. I'd put them at a solid #2. They have potential, just not there yet. Theta has the grades thing.

Theta is not on top anymore. They are still a strong house but I never see them around, they are not very fun, and the last couple pledge classes are not looking top notch.

This is probably the closest to the truth. DZ just lost their charter on campus and got it back so who knows about them but these are definitely top 5 and everyone else is irrelevant.
