rushing for a fraternity

Hey,
So I am an engineering major in my freshman year and I'm seriously considering rushing in the spring for a fraternity. However, I don't want to rush for the engineering fraternity. Sure I love parties just like everyone else, but I'd also love to join a social (community service and other events) fraternity. What are my best options?

Come on over to the KA house we've got tons of members and alumini that are engineers. Here in KA we pride ourselves in our ability to party and give back to the community in a balanced fashion!

Honestly you can find engineers in any fraternity. Off the top of my head I know that theta chi has quite a few. Just go to rush events, talk to the brothers and specifically seek out fellow engineers to see how they like it and how it fits in with their schedules
