TOP
1.) Beta/Sae - pretty even, beta has the better freshmen but Sae has been having better events
1.5) Aepi - good and active freshman/sophomore classes however there are still a lot of filler kids, parties are decent but repetitive
2.) DKE - probation hurt them a lot but mt. Dke proved that they are still in this tier. Need to get it together next semester but there is potential to rebound with the kids they got the past two semesters.
MIDDLE
3.) Sig Chi - doing very well for themselves, decent freshmen class
3.5.) Kappa sig - moving on up, doing the right things. A little overrated right now though

4.) Phi Delt/Sig Nu - nothing outstanding to note, same as before but Sig Nu getting better
BOTTOM
5.) ZBT - throws the best parties out of this tier
6.) FIJI/ATO/Phi Psi - all three are very similar and do their own thing
8.) DTD/PIKE - no clue

DKE is questionable here..if 1/2 their fraternity is top tier and the other half is non existent, not really sure how you would rank that though. most people have them at the middle
not sure if phi psi is better than dtd, I would put them with the dtd and pike group, or switch with dtd
aepi is tough to rank too too because while some of their members are active with top sororities, many are fillers (like you said)
also sae is having better events because beta doesn't have a house right now. saes freshman aren't bad though
not sure if sig nu or phi delt is better off right now. neither have done anything outstanding of late

Tri delt is not better than kappa. Their pledge class is pretty split on quality vs filler

Why do people think the new KA will be sick just because the old one was? Where will these "sick" guys come from? Look at Pike it was one of the best fraternities on campus a few years back before they merged with DKE and now the new Pike is nothing like the old one. Same things gonna happen with KA.
