Comment:  It's hard to really rate this house because of how new it is. They took the most amount of sophomores and were giving snapbids up until initiation and ended up with one of (if not the) biggest pledge classes this spring which makes it look like they go for quantity over quality. But this will even out by next spring and we will be able to give them a more realistic ranking. It's simply too soon
