Thetas aren't usually a top group, they seem to be kind of jealous of others.. not classy.

they are kicking butt at FSU. Known as the house full of really pretty girls. sweet and friendly to anyone, not at all snobby. They are all really cool and fun there. Great popularity at FSU - especially considering they were on probation and jsut got off this fall.
