OK, honestly, Theta is great on some campuses and gruesome at a lot of others. It's really true about the legacy thing. I heard the term "Theta Legacy,Theta Pledge". The results aren't always a good choice from an outside point of view. They do trash the Pi Phis and Kappas a lot, and consider the Tri-Delts below them. If not they are fair game to bash also. A lot of Thetas are fun and I'd take a Theta over a Kappa anytime.

Kappa Alpha Theta has been in the top 3 nationally rated sororities. Whether they are a good chapter at FSU or not is not the issue. The fact is nationally speaking, top notch. Truly beautiful girls, inside and out. Marry a Theta, date a theta, be a theta, whatever, always a good choice with super strong Alum support. A little bit sassy, but oh so classy! Peace love theta!!!!

We don't technically have an official open motto. Sisterhood, Unity, Support is our old branding. The current branding however is True Promise.

Theta's open motto is "Faith, Hope, Love," not "Sisterhood, Unity, and Support." Thanks!

Theta is nationally known for being big on legacy. You will never see so many horsey faced older women who are SO proud to say they are thetas. You have to be ready to not look aghast, but then you look at the Thetas at major universities and you understand.....
