Looking at some of the comments I'm completely shocked! I adore my sisters and would do absolutely anything for every single one of them! Yea we all have disagreements but at the end of the day I consider myself beyond blessed to share these letters w/ such amazing sisters! And when I wear my letters I wear them with pride because I truly believe it when I say esse quam videri! <3 DePhiE

Wow! I'm glad my sisters and I don't do this to each other--in public domain no less. Anyways, I have a few friends who are DPhiE's and their honestly lovely, funny and caring girls. They make their chapter look very respectable and fun. Sending lots of love to the ladies of DPhiE. <3 P.S.: Isolated incidents will occur among every sorority, even if what happened seems disastrous, unless you were personally a part of the issue you don't discuss it and you back up your sisters. I'm sorry if I'm imposing but any girl interested would look at your comments and quickly be deterred. Again, they girls I know in DPhiE are beautiful and outgoing. :)AOE, an A Phi

something here doesn't seem kosher...if only both sides could sit down together and work it out.

@ ‘Sisterhood’ – I can’t believe you actually had the gall to write “…to deal with her own guilt of bad parenting”. Do you know this family personally? You might be a college student, but not a very intelligent one. Newsflash - depression is not always a result of “bad parenting”. @ “Sane Mom” – My understanding is that this is not an isolated incident. If it was, Nationals and the university would not have shut them down so quickly. Apparently, you need to do some research as well.

excuse me "real" but what the alpha nu's had was more of a sisterhood than most people can ever imagine, and they still have it. what a pledge did who had a pre-existing condition that her family was well aware about is in no way their faults. and the mother pushed to have them shut down to deal with her own guilt of bad parenting. get your facts straight before you pass judgment, cause no one cares about your opinion.
