I AM NOT A MEMBER OF ALPHA KAPPA ALPHA but for you all to say such negative things is so rude. In fall 2009 the K's came back full force starting with their week. They do alot for the community and are gorgeous doing it. Their national rep as the first intercollegiate black sorority holds strong even after 101 years with their102 birthday in two weeks. Not only are these ladies beautiful but they are involved in campus activities and are leaders at FSU. Many of them graduated this semester but they still hold their sisterhood strong.They held many events,seminars, and parties this semester. I cannot wait to see the next batch of pretty girls. I feel like people just hate on them for no reason. I would hate too if i was not the first and the finest. When theyre new line comes out trust the kays will run the yard again! |

I think it's really sad that those of you who feel the need to base your organizations status on a website is absolutely ridiculous and extremely degrating to you and to your sisters. We are all Greek in the end and thats really all that matters. |

It SEEMS that most of these ratings have been made by those who do not have their eyes open when it comes to these ladies. Not only are these ladies members of the 1st sorority started by college educated women but they, as a chapter, presently hold the the award of Best GPA among NPHC. (hence justifying them living up to their foundation of high scholastic achievment, or better said, "By culture, by merit") Also these ladies are ACTIVE MEMBERS of numerous other orgs. around campus and are also active within their respective field of undergraduate studies. (i.e. BSU, NSBE, SGA just to name a few) They're movers and shakers in their community rather than being show pieces for your viewing pleasure. They need not DEFEND what their org is doing or has done. Alpha Kappa Alpha, in its 101 yrs. existence, speaks for itself. Oh, and for the record, I AM NOT A MEMBER OF Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Just talking about what I'm talking about. |

Uh AKAs on this campus are hot as well, but where are they? LOL... They never go to any events, there are none involved in anything? And I always hear they are suspended. The only time I see AKAs is strolling to their national stroll on Market Wednesdays.. Personally I love DST they are the real women on campus! It sucks because AKA has had some great women go through their ranks nationally, I wonder what happened here? |

Okay I've seen Delta's, Zeta's, and even Sigma Gamma Rho's, but I like NEVER see any AKA's on this campus ever!!!! I saw the balloons and stuff in January in celebration of the Centennial, but are there really any AKA's left at FSU? |
