We are all brothers here striving to achieve greatness and brotherhood. we can and should not belittle eachother. we need to build eachother up.

You are still the little brother if:

- you believe being a balanced man means your balls drop off

- you believe pledges and hazing means any one of our three cardinal principles. It takes much more effort to get good grades, stay in shape, and maintain a positive outlook on life than it does to bring the 'brothers' beers at parties

- you have not opened your mind to be a balanced man

One day, you will eventually grow up and become the big brother and ensure greatness in our fraternity. For now, you may continue to look up to us for guidance subconsciously while scolding us publicly. Everyone knows BMP make us the best and brightest. Its time to grow up and become a fraternity man, not a frat boy.

(To below) I graduated in May from IN-Alpha and I know you are not a brother in my fraternity. The BMP has made things better in our house and nationals has been understanding through the last 2 years. We have kept our individuality, kept our tradition, and are becoming an even better house. Do you know the last time we had a 3.0 and how much Pablo has changed the greek system? Do you even know why we became BMP back in 1989?
No, I don't agree with everything that happened in the last year or the deaffiliation of brothers during MP's regime (mainly due to that RD guy). I think we embrase the parts of the BMP that work for us, but thats what it is, a structure. Wait until you get a job a see how helpful some aspects of the BMP are. You won't see IN-Alpha salsa dancing or taking cooking classes, but the strong philanthropy is something we do. Do you see any IN-Alpha on homecoming court? Do you see a presence in IFC? Those are things IN-Alpha is missing. 9

Screw the balance man crap. Everytime I meet some of you guys at national conventions we are forced to attend I'm embarassed. When your members come to my house and think they are welcome because some garbage chapter gave them letters and tell me they're my brother, I'm embarassed. When I tell friends at other schools I'm in sig ep, I'm embarassed because you are the impression that has been enstowed upon them. Almost all of you claim you get the guys that aren't looking to join fraternities. No SHlT. You aren't one. You are a fvcking club. You don't have rush, you have call outs. Your not brothers, your members. Screw manpower and get some virtue. Through pledgeship you show diligence. And in a club there is no brotherly love.

For all of you Sigep's defending the balanced man program, you are not my brothers. You signed a piece of paper and hung around for the nacho's and hackey sack that i'm sure they excel at. You have turned a once great fraternity into a laughing stock. Develop standards, teach your pledges to be gentleman, and have some exclusivity instead of bidding the surfer brah who probably sells weed to pay dues. I might not like any traditional chapters outside of my own, but at least I can respect their tradition.

The last time I checked, we've got some of the most important alumni to include several fortune 500 CEO's (including Merrill Lynch), members of the Senate, the current USMC commandant, just to name a few. And what other fraternity has raised $18 million from a convention / conclave / general assembly dinner?

Like the song goes..."look at all these haters...." :)
